The forum gave us a great chance to tell about Z-Monitor as an interesting and useful project on the large-scale federal site and present it directly to the target audience. Our project is targeted at state procurement specialists who could benefit from reducing tender monitoring and control time, being informed of all updates, and working with state orders right on their mobile devices.

The algorithms used to design the service were developed with support of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.

The Z-Monitor project started in 2013 has always been interesting to us as a start-up and as a project that can really help the public procurement professionals. Firstly, our service greatly facilitates the search process of needed tenders and is a more user-friendly alternative to the zakupki.gov.ru site. Secondly, the interface simplicity and convenience ensure quick work with the application. Thirdly, the notification system allows a user to be always aware of a relevant tender state. Finally, the service is available on popular iOS and Android mobile devices.

The Z-Monitor project attracted lots of greatly interested visitors at the forum. Lots of visitors installed a mobile application on their devices and started using it. Some statistics: within 4 days after the forum, there were more than 70 mobile application installations in App Store, and more than 10 in Google Play.

As a result, we received a number of feedbacks. All users found the service easy to use, fast in terms of response and data search, and also free, which was a very nice surprise. A lot of users desired to increase functionality, so the basic requirements for the service upgrade included getting data upload further to search results, adding analytics features, service compatibility with the Federal Law #223, etc. All these and plenty of other innovations are already scheduled and will be available right after the next service update.
